The cdc25-10 allele extends life-span by about 50% at 30 degrees C.

Other phenotypes: CDC25 appears to be in the same genetic pathway for longevity as SIR2 and NPT1 and has been suggested as a genetic model for caloric restriction. Null mutant is inviable [pubmed].
